For those who wish to give not just their resources but their time and skills, volunteering at Dolpo Tashi School is a life-changing adventure. You will live in a close-knit community, immerse yourself in Tibetan Buddhist culture, and work with children who are incredibly eager to learn and grateful for every moment you share with them.

We are particularly looking for qualified teachers with experience in English, science, or mathematics, as well as teacher trainers who can help our local staff develop new skills and teaching methods. Healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, and midwives are always welcome to assist at our health post.

Skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, or builders can help with maintenance and new construction projects. If you cannot travel to Nepal, we also need support from afar with grant writing, fundraising, and communications.

You will need to trek to the school, as there are no roads, and be prepared for basic living conditions without the amenities of city life. We ask for a minimum commitment that allows you to make a meaningful impact and to truly connect with our students and community.
